Exercises to release tight hips

I printed a series of exercises from this site for tight and painful hips. They worked wonders for my husband but he has lost the print out and I can not find this series in the forum or blog. This included deep squats, wall sits, wall leg stretches etc..... Can anyone help?

That video looks like it came from DeFranco's Limber 11. Her is the whole thing. Several great moves for the hips.
