Instead of feeling guilty, set up a goal & reward yourself with something you really want. Lets say you follow your calorie intake for a week straight. you really need to separate your meals. eating once a day wont help. at a minimum eat some snacks during the day, fruit etc etc. honey nut cheerios is great for breakfast. set a goal, & go for it. do small ones at first, then work up to bigger ones. i know its hard with kids, but you guys can do it!

Hi I' m Aaron, here to support! found out i have high blood pressure. in one way i'm looking at it as a positive. Its helping me refocus on my health & my weight. I was at 240 I'm around 232 now. Looking to hit 190 by April 2012.

Great self control. Everyday at my dealership, there are donuts available for employees & customers. Its getting easier to just walk by them. At first it was hard. But being heavy with high blood pressure isn't an option anymore.

I'm in! My goal is 50 lbs by April 2012. I'm currently 240 as of 3/36/2011 haven't weighed in yet. Will do that next week.

Hows your hydration level? Its possible your getting a little dehydrated. If you try to drop too much weight quick this can certainly happen.
