Stay motivated. You will have bad days. Just be prepared to deal with them. Just remember having one bad day isnt the end of the world. but letting it snowball after that isnt the best idea. Read your post. I wouldn't deprive yourself from Chocolate completely. Have a little. Just don't over do it. That way you wont feel like having a healthy style takes away everything you love to eat. Just document, & see where the calories are.

Good luck! Set your goals & make it happen. Congrats!

Swimming laps is very low impact, & one of the best exercises you can do.

It happens. When you exercise its called a plateau effect. Don't give up. Change up your exercise program, change up your foods. Give it some time you will get past this barrier. just don't quit!

Ive always been told not to eat after 6 pm, I don't believe it. Everyone's body is different. If Im up at 11 or so & Im hungry, I will eat a small healthy snack. Your body is talking to you, sometimes you have to listen. Everything comes down to moderation & healthy eating. and exercise of course. Just don't over do it…

If you have multiple goals for the month its a good thing. Have a minimum goal, a middle goal & a top goal. So if you bypass your minimum goal you can still move forward to other goals. Just an idea.

Don't give up everything you love. Is coffee bad for you! No. But if you overdo anything in excess it can be. Treat yourself to a coffee. Just monitor the calories. I need atleast one vice to survive. Good luck with your goals!

If you seriously want to lose weight quick. Eat good small portions, run & swim. Swimming is one of the best exercises out there. Many people don't do it. I'm talking about actually doing laps & treading water. Good luck with your goals!

I have something similar happen to me a few years back. I was in the gym one day & felt like I was wasting my time & never went back. It happened out of the blue. I was feeling good, losing weight gaining muscle. I just stopped. I think the pressure of getting out & having a social life led me astray. Don't know how to fix…

Here's my 2 cents...... I've heard a lot of people saying if you eat after 6 pm, its harder on your body. I can believe this. But sometimes I also get hungry in the evening. To lose weight it takes dedication. Being hungry in my book when you go to sleep doesn't help the cause. If you know your going to snack in the…
