I found this site by accident and it's the best accident EVER!! Thanks so much Mike for creating this......it's amazing!! I don't care for social networks but I like this one b/c we can all help one another on here if need be. I run a lot b/c when I'm in shape I really enjoy it!!     Good to see another Marine on here. Ive been out since 1999. Becoming a civilian was really hard on my body. Before i knew it I was 40 lbs overweight. This site is definitely a motivation tool. A lot of great success stories. welcome aboard.
