  • Check out Pumped up Kicks by Foster the People and Moves like Jagger by maroon 5! Both we use in my Zumba class and they are pretty awesome!
  • I use a HRM and usually goes to 26 min or so and I burn about 218 Cal I am 5"6, 185 lbs. Everyone will burn different depending on their effort and weight and size tho!
  • Or if you have a HRM you can add it in yourself.
  • I started today too!! I have did it in the past but stopped arouund day 12. I did already start seeing results tho!! I did measurments and weighed myself! I am officially on a mission to complete all 30 days in a row. If I leave town for a day or two then I will just add it onto the end. But I WILL COMPLETE IT THIS TIME!!…
  • I have a MIO wrist watch HRM and I love it! I have compared it with a Polar and had the same results exercising. It's very easy to use too. I paid about $45 for it at Academy Sports. I do notice the same thing with mine that you can't take your HR in the water until you have a dry hand. But I just use a towel to dry it off…
  • I added mine in myself but I do use a heart rate monitor. If you don't have one you might track it as calisthenics.(someone recommended that to me). I would suggest if you can get you a heart rate monitor to get you one though cuz they really help. I have a MIO paid about $45 and it works great!! I have even tested it…

  • Look up Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on MFP. There are several people that have had great results! I just started today. I did it for about 15 days last time and saw a difference already. Each session is about 26 min long and you can do them right in your own home all you need are a small pair of hand weights. Also the…
  • Your stomach is awesome.. any tips on flattening mine out?
  • I'm in.. I will post my info later today!
  • I use a hrm so I know exactly the calories I burn so I just added an exercise and use my hrm to do calories burned.
  • I looked it up in the search menu cuz I haven't heard of it either.... found this link for ya... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/142968-hmr-shake-diet-gym-anyone-else-doing-hmr?hl=hmr#posts-2003504 If it doesn't work.. then go to the search screen on message boards and type in HMR and it will pull up discussions.

  • I love it! I have noticed a difference in me I think. I will know more in about 2 1/2 weeks when I'm done and take after pics and measurments!
  • Make it as simple as that if you want.. 10 lbs in July.. That's about 2 lbs a week... which is totally doable and safe. I'm in! Let me know what you come up with!
  • I am on week two on the 30DS. I love it!! But I do run 3 mornings a week also. I am a stay at home mom so I do the 30DS when my little one is napping. If you can't do both then alternate. I have missed about 4 days of the shred and am just going to go 4 days past my end date so that I can make them up!
  • I have come to love wraps on those Flat outs. I can find them at Wal-mart, homeland and target. I use meat in mine usually oscar meyer carving board chicken, but sometimes I do just a veggie wrap. I put cheese and lots of veggies and sometimes some type of dressing. I have become hooked where I eat them alomost every day…
  • Did you just start those exercises or have you been doing them awhile? The reason I ask is becuase sometimes in the beginning of working out you can gain before you start losing. I did. And I agree.. you are supposed to do 64 oz of water a day. 8, 8 oz glasses is the general "rule". I noticed a huge difference when I…
  • I totally failed this one. I have been doing my best but between being gone many weekends and lack of motivation a few days I am only at 8838 burned from start until today. I'm not beating myself up tho cuz i've lost a few lbs and inches and it's better than zero!
  • I have a champion I got at Target too.. not sure if it's the exact same. But I to am large chested and these things are awesome!!!!! Love them!!
  • Great job! I am 5'6 too and went from 218 lbs and now down to 184 lbs. So I love to see people in the same height range as me have great results. Keeps me focused more! Keep it up!
  • I was one too! My son will be 2 in August and I was about 190 before having him. After having him and after all the swelling was gone, I was about 220. I finally decided it ws time for this to change. I started working out 5 days a week and eating better and I am now down to 186. I am losing about a lb and a half a week…
  • Everyone has different feet so it's hard to say. I can't wear Nike or New Balance cuz they hurt my feet around my arch. But I love love love my Saucony's. I have been running in them and they are awesome. Maybe you should be fitted since you aren't sure of what will work for you. Good luck!
  • At Red Lobster I like the Sailors platter. but I get the fish broiled and the shrimp grilled instead of fried! It's yummy!
  • I have a MIO and it was only 30$ something. It seems to work great still and I've had it about a year!
  • I have the same issue. I notice the top of my abs getting smaller, but not the body half where I still have some lose skin from my c-section. I'll watch this thread maybe we'll see some suggestions!

  • The Zumba ab video is awesome!! I bet you can find it on ebay by itself. I love it and I can definately tell a difference!!
  • I have microsoft office picture manager...
  • on the cool runnings website that gives you the schedule it actually says in there... "It's easy to get impatient, and you may feel tempted to skip ahead in the program, but hold yourself back. Don't try to do more, even if you feel you can." So I'd say stick to the program. That part might seem easy but if you just jump…
  • I don't know exactly what you mean cuz mine is supportive but at the same time he does not need to lose and so I still buy things for him and my son that I don't need. I think you just do have to be strong and pass things up somtimes. I wish you the best.
