i've changed the protein value, also going to start tracking sugar. i'm not sure why, but my weight loss seems VERY rapid... i'm going to watch this carefully. my diary should now be open....

hiya. my basic plan is to loose the fat FIRST, but i am doing a workout called "the ten minute trainer" by Tony Horton, just to get a little bit of muscle toning in place. my problem is that i'm currently at 253lbs and i need to bring it down to 170lb, then to work up after that with the muscle. the ten minute trainer…
