proteins vs carbs
hiya. i'm currently running over my protein count on a daily basis, is it safe for me to swap out some of my carbs for proteins as a daily target? thanks :-) feel free to look through my diary if it helps.

walk / jog / run speeds
hi guys + gals... i'm currently hitting a 20 minute walking mile - just wondering what a good walking pace would be... although yesterday, i did do 14 minutes on a "simple" circuit and 17 minutes on a bit harder one, so it's building up. Anyone think i'm setting my sights a little too high to be expecting UK army standard…
