just thought i'd introduce myself. i'm chris, and i'm currently aiming to loose fat as my current target, then gain muscle as a secondary target.

thanks to the developers for this system and especially the mobile app :-)

    Hi Chris

    Just started on MFP as well, your goal sounds a lot like mine, I'd like to burn what I've got on top and then hopefully build some additonal muscle, are you currently lifting weights as you are trying to lose weight or kind of lose then build up the muscle?

    hiya.

    my basic plan is to loose the fat FIRST, but i am doing a workout called "the ten minute trainer" by Tony Horton, just to get a little bit of muscle toning in place.

    my problem is that i'm currently at 253lbs and i need to bring it down to 170lb, then to work up after that with the muscle.

    the ten minute trainer really helps me out.

    Sounds like a good plan I took a look at the ten minute trainer program, seems to be something that would be easier to stick with for sure being condensed and making definite use of the time. Good luck with everything , add me if you'd like.
