proteins vs carbs

hiya.

i'm currently running over my protein count on a daily basis, is it safe for me to swap out some of my carbs for proteins as a daily target?

    you diary is closed...

    BUT - there is a general consensus that the carb settings on MFP are too high anyway.

    More protein tends to make you feel fuller for longer, which helps you ultimately to find it easier to hit your goal. So go ahead!!!

    Select 'Settings'
    From the list, select 'Diary Setting'
    Set to (for instance) viewable by other MFP users

    I almost ALWAYS go over my protien, but it hasnt affected my weight loss. i wouldnt worry about it as long as you arent over your carbs & fat.
  • i've changed the protein value, also going to start tracking sugar.

    i'm not sure why, but my weight loss seems VERY rapid... i'm going to watch this carefully.

    my diary should now be open....
