I eat a piece of cheese, mini babybell and an orange in the morning snack. If I eat a bigger lunch, I won't do an afternoon snack, just some hot tea or coffee. If I eat a salad or hummus for lunch, I will do a low sugar oatmeal for a snack or a Graze snack.

You may have hit a plateau. You may want to try switching up your workout. Instead of running, try a cycle class or instead of Zumba, do a circuit class. That always gets me past my plateaus.

I'm in the same boat. Had my last baby at 38 and she's going to be 2 this summer after I turn 40. I have about 40 to lose too!

Thanks! Yall are great success stories. I notice that if I plan in the beginning of the week and each day, I don't fail that day/week. Thanks for letting me add you all. I can't see the community blogs in the app. They should add that.
