Losing 3rd baby weight at 36

My third kid turned 1 last week, which is why I decided to seek out a nutritionist. Insurance pays for a few visits, so it will help me get started with accountability. She is awesome and realizes that I'm super busy with 3 kids, a full time job and heading back to school for my second masters. I am 36 about to 37 and need to lose about 30 pounds.
Nutrition: I was eating over 2000 calories a day to maintain my weight, which 1800 of those calories was after 4pm. Ridiculous I know. The hardest thing for me to change was not to reduce my calories down to 1200 a day (more when I work out), but to eat 400 cal for breakfast AND Lunch. But, I believe that is what is giving me energy this week. It is making me feel great. I haven't cheated yet or went over...I'm determined!
Fitness:I told my nutritionist that I was working out once a week, but who's kidding who, its probably more like twice a month! She is bumping up my fitness to twice a week. So, I'm working out on Sat and Sun so I can have the week free to do homework and sleep. The kids have so many activities and I try to spend up until bedtime with them before I start on reading or homework. I actually convinced my husband that he needs to run with me. Today, we ran about 1.5 miles outside. He usually runs 5 miles on his own, so, Its intimidating, but he sees Im trying and wants to support me. Humbling myself through this is helping me get to the finish line!
Support: I need accountability...Please "friend" me!!! I have an awesome friend who is in the same boat as me that is a big support in the beginning like this. Hopefully we can motivate each other. Im posting here because I need alot of help, support and accountability. Friend me!

Welcome! You really seem like you are the on right track to achieve your weight loss goals. Trying making 1 small change a week not everything at once. It can be overwhelming and people have tend to fail if they go all in right away. I know this was a gradual transition for me. Making friends on here is great way to keep you accountable and motivated on your journey. I have sent you a friend request. Anyone feel free to add me!0

Thanks! Yall are great success stories. I notice that if I plan in the beginning of the week and each day, I don't fail that day/week. Thanks for letting me add you all. I can't see the community blogs in the app. They should add that.0
