you seem very fixated on everything... Just from observation from all the boards you've made this week
you are going to have a hard time maintaining if you can't be patient through the loss and have faith in the process.

Please dont post negativity on here. Thank you. Ill be fine.

DOMS and TOM could be affecting this. Also 10 days isn't enough time to judge. Take pics and measurements. Track weight daily using an app that shows a trend. Have patience.

You will never be exactly one weight. It goes up and down based on all sorts of stuff going on in your body. If you are going to get frustrated every time the number on the scale moves a couple of lbs, you're going to have a super tough time.

Just curious do you tend to eat back at least half of your exercise calories? Why are you under your calories? Under-eating is not going to nourish your body. I've read information about how under-eating tends to mess with people's metabolism.
Change what you're currently doing since it's not working for you. Eat more, continue with working out, eat back at least half of it, and see how your body reacts to this.

I am not being negative i am simply pointing out that you are giving yourself more anxiety and issues then is needed for this process, weight loss takes time, i would hate to see you spend this entire time worried about everything that happens every day.

Ok thank u for your concern.

I do eat most of them back. At least 75 percent.

That's not negativity - that's just being real. Accepting that sometimes you will follow the method to a T and not immediately see results is a key element of setting yourself up for overall success.

That's good you're eating some of it back. Could it be your scale? I also agree with the user who mentioned TOM I tend to gain like 2 pounds, and it often goes away the following week. However, since you're working out maybe you're just not losing but you're not gaining. Have you measured your body to see if you've seen changes?

Another thing I want to mention is what are your stats? I know since I'm short that my error level is super low. I think other people might be able to help better if they knew your height, weight, calorie intake information. Are you eating more food that is higher in sodium?
The more you lose weight you might be going through a plateau if it's not TOM.

Did you know that if you stress , your body produces more cortisol? Read below. I found that when i stress I don't loose weight. And this could be a reason why.

Girl I hear you! Today marked the start of week 5 for me. Guess how much weight I've lost. NONE. I don't cheat. I don't lie about how much I've burned or consumed, my fitbit won't let me. Lol.I eat healthy except one meal a week. And even then I don't go over calories I just eat small things to hit the few calories I have left. Lol. Every week on weigh day I've come to dread. Scale doesn't budge. Measuring tape has a little, but I haven't seen really significant changes in it. I don't know if it's my age or if my muscles atrophied really bad from not working out for a couple years, but I've been a little discouraged. I've come to the conclusion that I'm doing a little too much weight training and not enough cardio. I think I've lost weight and replaced it with muscle. I do lower centric specific exercises because I carry weight in my legs and hips. Not my belly at all.with those big muscle groups in lower half I think it just evened it's self out and replaced the weight I lost looking like I'm not losing. Could that be you? Are you weight heavy and cardio light? Maybe try replacing a couple workouts with pure cardio or doing some cardio every day and see if that helps. That's what I'm going to do and see if it helps. If it does I'll let you know! Good luck!

You may have hit a plateau. You may want to try switching up your workout. Instead of running, try a cycle class or instead of Zumba, do a circuit class. That always gets me past my plateaus.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Please don't get discouraged. Stalls happen for many reasons. If you stay true to your deficit, the scale will move. I'm sending positive thoughts your way. Good luck!
