I’m also T2 and have been on Mounjaro 2.5mg since July 29, 2023. I’ve lost 40lbs so far.

I live in Arizona so it doesn't get cold really....I don't use heat at home and work thermostat is set at 72

My husband is 6'5" and is thin at 215 - 220....if he were 140 - 170lbs he would look emaciated.

I usually do but not yesterday or today! Normalcy will return tomorrow!

Is anyone besided me intentionally NOT eating during their work day so they can indulge on Thanksgiving leftovers when they get home?? :bigsmile:

My day between patients today....work computer (MFP), iPhone, Kindle Fire games / books / apps....down to 2.5 hours left......:bigsmile:

Three more hours for me....I'm a nurse, we're always open for business...:grumble:

My birthday was last weekend....the usual for me, a special dinner, movie, and quality time with family. Whenever my birthday falls on a work day I treat myself by taking the day off and pretty much doing nothing! I have always focused more on other people's birthdays than my own...especially my kids'!
