I am - I'm aiming for a max of 2x the recommended amount. And I'm not going to track added sugars {teaspoonfuls added to coffee etc}. I'm cutting those out entirely.

Wine and cheese aren't bad for you in moderation. Madelines and palmiers, however are. My two weaknesses :)

I've been wondering about this too. I've been averaging about 100g sugar daily. :( I looked my diary for today and it looks like the sugar is coming from raisins granola and yogurt. NOT the strawberry wafers I had as a snack. I think it's possible to keep within the sugar goal IF you stick exclusively to whole, unprocessed…
