Limiting sugar

Options
My daily limit for sugar is 24 grams. For lunch and dinner so far I've had 26 g.

My goal #1: stay under 48 grams of sugar for 7 days and see how I feel :smile:

    Use that projected goal in your diary to track your ADDED sugars. Not fructose and lactose. Otherwise you'll run out of food to eat very early on.

    I am - I'm aiming for a max of 2x the recommended amount.

    And I'm not going to track added sugars {teaspoonfuls added to coffee etc}. I'm cutting those out entirely.
