Limiting sugar

My daily limit for sugar is 24 grams. For lunch and dinner so far I've had 26 g.

Use that projected goal in your diary to track your ADDED sugars. Not fructose and lactose. Otherwise you'll run out of food to eat very early on.0

I am - I'm aiming for a max of 2x the recommended amount.
And I'm not going to track added sugars {teaspoonfuls added to coffee etc}. I'm cutting those out entirely.0
