Your biggest weakness?

To me, "weakness" implies that I have little to no willpower to "Just Say No!" or even control my portions...those items are:
-pizza
-Mexican cheese dip
-crackers
-fries0 -
Salt and carbs. Fries, pasta, chips/salsa... drool.0

My boyfriend vs. my willpower
When I lived by myself I would eat clean all the time. I never get cravings. But if he brings crap into the house (Mostly booze) I will consume it.
We need a support group! I'd do so much better if my husband didn't bring the tempting food into the house.
For me... Anything chocolate... I used to crave it after every meal. I don't crave it as much at the moment because I don't keep it available for me to eat whenever the craving strikes.0 -
Pasta, cheese, chinese food, and phish food ice cream. Oh, and sometimes french fries.0

Oh goodness, I guess overall it would have to be "bad" carbs. I LOVE them so much and I can eat the heck out of them. (not any more of course)

2. teppanyaki veggies w/ white sauce
3. pasta
Happy to say I've found a cure for all of them: 1-crystal light mocktails, 2-make my own, 3-dreamfields pasta0 -
cookies, cupcakes, icecream, chocolate..anything that has sugary goodness!0

1. dr.pepper, dublin is the best!
2. tex-mex food, I mean who doesn't love chips and queso

Food in general. Food is one, if not the most, enjoyable parts of life. It's soooo hard to give that up for anything else - even health and a longer life. So I am trying to compromise. I exercise more so I can have some ice cream, chocolate, chips, pizza, bread, or brownies ...0

Baked goods (especially cookies and brownies), french fries, pizza, bread with butter or olive oil, ice cream, and chocolate. I have a major sweet tooth and love carby things as well.0

2. Pasta, pasta, and pizza. Love the italian food, but it's not really healthy.
I do make smaller portions and healthier alternatives often, but every now and then I do indulge in the real deal. **my weakness***0 -
Wine and cheese aren't bad for you in moderation.
Madelines and palmiers, however are.
My two weaknesses0 -
Mine is sweets... sometimes I want like ice cream and other days I'll want cake or cookies... but I think I'm training my brain or something to not want it so much anymore because I haven't had it lately... and I'm not craving it!0
