Brownies, cookies, ice cream. Those are the worst. I'm bad with emotional eating, and eating when I'm bored, BUT I've gotten better!0

Mine is oreos!!!!! by far. Cheese comes in second with brownies running a really close 3rd. lol0

cheesecake & chicken nuggets are weaknesses for me & when i'm PMSing i crave chocolate & salt like crazy. i could eat a whole jar of pb & nutella in one sitting & with a spoon baha oh & beer! who can/wants to only have one at the bar? ♥ all those empty cals bahaha0

Cheese also, I could a whole block a day! Second would be fruity alcohol drinks (oh pina colodas & margaritas) and macaroni and cheese ( i love Annies! )0

Ice cream, cheese, and chocolate. Definitely those three things tend to be my undoing. I also notice that I crave those three items more if I eat a lot of other refined carbs (bread, pasta etc...)0
