WHOA!! This is some "food for thought!" A “chip” substitute - thickly sliced cucumbers. I now dip them in salsa. And make a yummy dip w/ salsa, black beans, and non-fat plain Greek yogurt. It’s a snack that is a mini-complete meal. :) Yum!! ;P Does anyone else have a healthy “snack” they are in love with recently?
