good point. i think my weights are too light. i think women (i'm generalizing) think they will "bulk up" like men if we use heavier weights. i will start to try this.

i clean. it's a good distraction. and this sounds a little, ok a LOT OCD... :laugh: ....but i like to re-fold my stacks of clothes in my shelves to look all pretty (i guess years of working retail took their toll). there's something oddly comforting about it. my go to distraction is to go out for a walk or run. :)

good so far. did my workout yesterday, kept to my meal plan. today is going well..amazing when you don't eat bad foods that you don't crave them....baby steps. mini goal of 0.5lb by friday.

how does he get to a weight you "should be"? i'm surprised he/she doesn't just concentrate on other goals like increasing muscle mass or lowering body fat percentage, etc.

unfortunately, i think the only way to get rid of stretch marks permanently might be (and don't quote me on this) laser surgery. And it's painful and expensive cause you have to do multiple treatments. I just have way too many stretch marks for it to be worth it. :( My boyfriend doesn't notice them so I just try to forget…
