  • The SBDF- The Silent But Deadly Farter... can usually be found on cardio equipment. In my old gym, the treadmills faced mirrors so you could tell who it was by the expression on their face...they either tried to keep it super poker face or were too obvious with their "WHOTHEHECKDIDTHAT...EWWW" face. I used to be…

  • For me, my weight loss journey has just taught me awareness...(portion size, calories in/out, etc) maybe to a point of OCD....but I think I have a little bit of that to begin with. Will I have to think about it the rest of my life, yeah probably. I'm okay with that (for me) cause I know it will keep me healthy and…
  • While I agree that as a beginner, time is a priority for this runner, running on a treadmill is somewhat - not a ton - easier than running outdoors. So the suggestion to place the treadmill on a slight incline, maybe even at intervals if it's too hard, may not be a horrible suggestion. I say this as someone who only ran on…
  • I've made these before too and can honestly say they're delish! And a great way to get some cauliflower in your diet
  • i think it's absolutely possible. believe that you can do it and you'll find that you most certainly can! :) although my suggestion for running on the treadmill would be to add a slight incline to create a run that's more like running outside. you can do it!
  • yum! two of my favorites!
  • Happy to hear you found a solution to your frustrations. I'm with ya, I'm pretty internet savvy and have found that different sites calculate somewhat different resting metabolic rates for me. • I wanted to bump this for people who were looking for ideas. I just went to a bbq this past weekend and was able to make it through on veggie burgers, salad and fruit salad. As we get deeper into summer, I know more people will be looking for suggestions, so keep adding them in. OP, this was a great topic! and good…
