  • If you go under "Settings," there should be an option called "Diet and Fitness Profile." Click that and you should find a box with your weight loss goal. Hope that helps. Or if this is an iOS app, then go to "More" and then "Goals." You should be able to change your goal weight there.

  • Hi there, abc63. That's exactly what I've been trying to do for myself - I have been trying to consume food that has better nutrition for the calorie content. But you still lost weight, and that is great! Keep tracking and eat better and the weight will come off! :)

  • Best of luck on your weight loss journey! I had to post in here to give you encouragement. I love the goals you've set up for yourself, particularly going to Glacier. I went there last year and it's a beautiful place to visit. The area around it is also gorgeous. Can't wait to hear about your progress.

  • That tuna salad from Pirate_chick sounds good. My lunch was just a microwaved Kashi Chicken Pasta Pomodoro. Not bad for something healthy (19g protein, 6g fiber).
  • I love adding spinach, diced tomatoes, shallots and cheese to make a nice scramble. For some meaty additions, I add leftover turkey taco meat, some cheese and a little hot sauce. Great thread - I'm getting new ideas. I love eggs!
