I started on MFP 3 weeks ago after my friend recommended it.
I have been sticking to a 1500 calorie per day intake.
On day 20 and I haven't cheated once!!!! 10 pounds down in 3 weeks. Still have 60-80pds to go:/
I've thought about trying the 5:2 and would welcome advice on whether on not to jump into that way of eating as opposed to just limited my calories to 1500 per day!
Looking for new friends to stay motivated together, especially coming into the summer:)
I'm going to start blogging, would love to befriend others who write daily/weekly
Stay strong, we can do this!!!!

Hi there! I started 10 days ago also after a couple of friends recommended MFP to me.
Congratulations on your 10 pound weight loss! That's amazing. I don't know what 5:2 is, but I'd love to be friends so we can motivate each other. I'm also considering starting a weight loss blog. Sending a request your way!0 -
