Firstly start with where you're at don't run before you can walk, pardon the pun. As a personal trainer myself i recommend you got to a gym and get an assessment done so that you know how hard you can push yourself and which exercises are suitable x

I don't have any pics but i would recommend any of Jillian's dvds. 30 day shred is great if you're short of time, I've had great results since doing her dvds ????

What about yoga that's all about posture and strength ????

If there was a pill to make you loose weight no one would be fat, that is all.

didn't say that thou ur body will just use different resources to get the energy it needs.
-
You need to eat more the minimum calories you should be eating is 1200. Your body thinks its being starved so its storing calories which is why you've stopped loosing weight x

It really concerns me that anyone would even consider this it's clearly really bad for you and will leave you dehydrated.

Maybe its time to get some new scales!

By adding in some resistance training with cardio so u are doing weights while ur heart rate is up u should see good results as u will still be burning fat while u are doing the resistance work. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is a good example if ur stuck for ideas x

My body fat % is 15 or 22 depending on which calculator i use, my scales also say around 22 so an guessing that's more likely to be accurate. I do alot of circuits with weights and kettlercise

Hi ???? im 5'5 & 118lb my start weight was 133lb & my goal is 112lb. I'm eating 1338 net calories ad that is my bmr & i know i shouldn't go below that. I exercise most days doing 45 - 60 mins circuit training or kettlercise. X
-
Yea I guess the lighter you are the more effort it takes to get the weight off.

Cardio is the best way to burn fat, but make sure you keep your protein intake up & fill up on veggies to make sure you don't lose the muscle and aim for no more than a 2lb a week loss

Hi, i do kettlecise as well if you're finding your body is getting used to the exercise switch it up. Try using a heavier kettle bell to work your muscles harder and try different exercises. Incorporating interval training will help to increase fat burn. Hope this helps
