So I started doing crossfit style workouts about a year ago. I have went from 145 to about 170 pounds. Majority of muscle for sure, my body looks way better. My waist is still about the same right around 29" my hips, butt, and thighs have gotten the majority of the gain. However I want to loose what fat I do have without losing the muscle I've gained. I am female lol and 5'7" Sooooo go lol

Cardio is the best way to burn fat, but make sure you keep your protein intake up & fill up on veggies to make sure you don't lose the muscle and aim for no more than a 2lb a week loss0
