More Muscle!

I've experimented with many diets/exercies over the years and I like the toned/muscular look. I have been using Kettlebells and the jumping block at the gym for leg lifts and jumps. I also use the Stair Master a lot.
I think my body is getting used to these exercises now and my goal is to lift my bum more and just overall look more toned.
Does anyone have any exercises that have worked really well for them?
Thanks

Hi, i do kettlecise as well if you're finding your body is getting used to the exercise switch it up. Try using a heavier kettle bell to work your muscles harder and try different exercises. Incorporating interval training will help to increase fat burn. Hope this helps0

Look into a heavier lifting program, especially one that uses compounds moves and a barbell. If you're looking to target your bum, I'd recommend Strong Curves by Bret Contreras. Not everything with a bar at first, but good stuff there.0

I noticed you mentioned exercises regarding legs.. If you want some good legs and booty, do squats and walking lunges0

Nutrition and progressive overload play into this as well. Some good programs to look at would be Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength, All-Pro's Beginner Routine, and because I just about have a shrine for this man, I will second the vote for Strong Curves by Bret Contreras.
If you are unfamiliar with the lifts mentioned here, you can either hire a trainer to show you how to do them properly ( a good trainer that won't try to talk you out of training these lifts) or you can find tons of great videos on youtube.0
