  • I know how hard it is to dedicate time to working out. I am a HUGE fan of HIIT workouts and I don't usually spend more then 30 mins a day for my workouts. I do DVDs at home and it has been working great!! Keep up the good work!!
  • Don't get discouraged and definately DO NOT give up!! Sometimes you will see inches come off first and then pounds will follow. Don't concentrate too much on the scale but more on how you feel and how you clothes fits! Also, try to monitor your nutrtion. It does play a big role in your results! Are you eating well?

  • I know it is hard to find a workout that you can stick with. I also lose interest fast although i have found couple of my soul workouts! It is always good to change it up so your body doesn't get used to the same thing and you don't get bored!

  • You can start slow, mabye few times a week. Try to dedicate just 25-30 min and go from there. I always used to say I don't have time, but over the years I just made it a prioroty and try to make sure that I can squeeze workout in on most days!
  • I also try to wake up in the morning and get the workout in! I feel like it is the best time and sets my whole day in the right direction! I love doing the DVDs at home as an alternative to the gym as well. I feel they work more for me!

  • Don't get discouraged! Weight loss is never a straight line down.. it is more likes waves all the way. As long as you stay consistent do work on it every day, you will see results. What kind of workouts are you doing now?

  • Yes, I did Insanity and P90X combo few times after completing couple of rounds of Insanity first. I got really good results because 2 programs compliment each other. You can use the weight training videos from P90X and cardio from Insanity. I have a hybrid schedule if you would like.
