Thank you to the two of you that cleared that up for me. I usually stay 100 cals under my goal just because the work outs are a bit generous on here.

No I work out 5 days a week. take a break 2 days of the week. I do only log what exercise I do each day. I'm wondering if on the 2 days I don't work out if I should eat less than my calorie goal..

Thank you this was very motivating to me! This was exactly my plan. And to the others; I do not plan on doing this in a unhealthy way at all. & I'm not worried about the scale entirely. I just want to feel good again by swim suit season.

Hey, I'm new too! I struggle with the same thing. Eating right. I've gained 20 pounds over the last year and I feel miserable. I'd like a weight loss buddy too, we're pretty close to the same weight and goal weight :)
