  • You have to be around 10-11 pounds from a healthy BMI to take it. I've used it and if you are already below the target fat range with your diet then it won't provide a benefit which is the case for what I'm doing now but if you are over the target it will help but will also have more side effects.

  • Spend at least a month tracking food and steps per day as well as writing down reasons for eating the food and fluctuations in energy level then work on the issues and make a plan that uses your strengths and lowers the risk of running into the triggers.
  • My family ~ I'm not the only family member who needs to shed pounds and they don't cook lightly at family get togethers which are generally stressful anyways. I've decided I'm going to bring my healthy stuff with me next time..:happy: I bet they are going to love seeing me do that too...:laugh:

  • 1) Eat my foods on time everyday 2) Exercise enough to get my steps in 3) Log my foods and exercises everyday
  • I'm 5'1" and for a healthy BMI it gave me a weight between 118-132 but another calculation gave me a weight of 111-122 for a large framed person.

  • I'm doing low carb right now but I'm eating six meals a day and I take a caffeine pill between 10 and 11 to get me through my workouts and I intend to add more carbs back as I get smaller (healthy ones though) because I'll have less fuel to burn from extra fat.   • Thank you. I'll definitely need support if I'm determined to stay on the track I've plotted out for the next 23 weeks. I'm hoping by then I can start to lower my pounds to lose per week goal.:happy:
