Come on aboard Hun! I recently hunted down a few new friends as I enjoy the contact for motivation, it makes it fun. I fell off for a while and most of my pals have too so I would love to have you as new friend.

If I weren't married Mr. Healthy I would ask for your hand in marriage for the compliment... I'm 43 and a geospatial nerd...

Oh I want to play! thepetrovafire is 25, taken, and a hot bartender

I feel like I say it all over MFP but the Beachbody Brazil Buttlift DVD transformed my sagging rear and I eventually passed the pencil test... It worked for me along with eating enough calories.

I was about to say weighted hula hoops as above... I made my own and they are a blast and super amazing for your core and quite the calorie burner!

PS - to actually answer your question.... my ideal weight is 112-115 lb. I am about 117 lbs right now and have been as high as 125lb which is too much for me as I do not feel comfortable in my clothes. For me, exercise is a must in order to keep myself feeling and looking good, there is just no way around it for me.

I wasn't blessed in the long leg department. I am 5'3" and though I am small framed, any weight gain goes straight to my thighs and behind. I can say that at one time, I really transformed my lower body with the Beachbody Brazil Buttlift DVD workout, and clean eating. I sadly didn't keep up on it after reaching my goal and…

you cant spot reduce fat,it comes off where it wants when it wants thats why its said that you cant spot reduce. sure you can work your core and focus on that area, but all the exercise in the world isnt going to work if you dont lose the fat over your abs to see the muscle.and for that a deficit is needed, sure some may be…

I agree with ummijaaz560. I gain weight in my thighs and backside but have always had a flat stomach, regardless of any weight gain. I am 42 and actually have kept defined upper abs that I developed in my early 20s when I used to do knee lifts using the hanging ab straps in the gym and really have not done a focused ab…

I just started and a MFP friend turned me onto Fitness Blender which is full of free workout videos. I completed 2 HIT workouts this week and they kicked my *kitten* in such a good way. I had been doing Brazil Buttlift and Tracey Anderson Method but I feel this is really what I have needed to get results. It's a killer!

A few quickies that I like that deliver a good bout of energy are Ezekial Bread toast (frozen section of the natural food section or store - pricey at $5.99 a loaf but you get quite a few meals with 2 pieces of toast at a time) with half avocado spread on it and a drizzle of honey. Spaghetti squash and a quick home made…

I live near a BioMechanics health clinic that makes and distributes high quality supplements/formulas. They have a Weight product that contains both products and a few others that are suppose to be effective. I have tried the Weight formula and I feel that I am absolutely immune if they do work. I agree with the others and…

One note about soy milk, it can cause toxicity for people with thyroid conditions. Many moons ago I got on a soy milk kick after a visit to New Zealand where I became a 'Flat White' coffee addict. Using soy milk in my latte was the closest thing I could find to emulate the flavor and I started feeling run down and started…

Ditto to what mari5466 shared and for all the same reasons... except I use unsweetened vanilla almond (or cashew or a blend of coconut milk) in my cereal and just whole milk for coffee and tea. The nut milks are low cal and add great flavor in smoothies and cereal but prefer the full flavor for hot drinks.

It contains sprouted live grains and delivers quality nutrition. I love plain toasted with spread avocado and drizzled honey, perfect energy food and helps with a sweet craving. Toasted raisin cinnamon is good to with coconut oil or ghee. Frozen section natural or health store...

Sweets, please don't feel attacked, you're right that we all have different needs but 800 is really low even for someone your size. With your age and height but not knowing your current weight, here are some examples of where you want to be calorie-wise to lose fat and these examples would work if you are doing little to…

I have to admit that I don't use my slow cooker often but last night I made a Drunken Garlic Crock Pot Roast (the recipe will come up when you google)... I have tried many different recipes but this definitely takes the cake! I did omit the step of making a gravy with the juice and treated myself to some horseradish mashed…

I confess that I have a Mexican beach trip in 37 days and need to be in bikini shape but after watching an episode of Nurse Jackie where she brought home a birthday cake for dinner, all I can do is think of cake. I was traveling over a 4-day weekend and bought two pieces of cake and three cupcakes (2 were gluten free!!!)…

My best success at this was doing the Beachbody Brazil Buttlift DVD. It was hard work but it transformed my lower body to where I was comfortable for a beach vacation. I unfortunately didn't keep it up after returning and am trying to get back to where I was.

Congratulations on relieving the pain and dropping 13 lbs!

Peanbean26 - the egg fast sounds dreamy :D thank you. sljohnson1207; you have such a valid point about the pros/cons being weighed before one cheats...after staying committed on the plan for 5 days, cheating was definitely not worth it...(though the bread pudding was divine.) Did the cheesecake knock you out as well?

Well done!

Add me please...desire to inspire...and be inspired!

This dialog makes me feel a little better as tomorrow will be the one week mark of my keto program. As far as calories; I am Net 2,722 under weekly goal/average 12% Carbs/64% Fat/24% Protein. I have only had one cheat which was Friday when I had about one cup of bread pudding with cherries/apples and half a glass of wine.…

WOW - congratulations!!! Well done... you look fabulous!

That's fantastic! Well done!!!!

Thank you for the response...Today for example, I had to run to an appointment and knew that I would end up missing my lunch and I was still full from breakfast. Either I would make-up lunch and skip dinner or head straight into dinner which would leave me short approx 300 calories and 20 grams of fat. I can keep the carbs…

Thank you- new to Fitness Pal too :)

Thank you for sharing... I am about to get started on The Plan and am curious as to how you are doing now since your post was back in August...

Hi, I am about to start The Plan and gathering information... since you all have been on it a while, how did you end up dealing with adding foods; one a day for the 20 days and then kept going? What are your final results?
