Thanks everyone. I pushed myself to walk 3 miles every day this week. I really do not like it. The entire day i dread the next session. I normally hate hte boring walks, and the thoughts drive me nuts with the qiet time. I kept myself motivated during the excercise by constantly thinking about my weight loss situation.…

Yes i am making a huge change in what i eat, the amount i eat, what i drink, and the exercise...well i had NO exercise whatsoever before. QUOTE: The first month is probably the hardest Thanks. I will keep pushing on

I dont know. Some places say i should eat 2000 ish, some say 2500 and other say 3500. That s quite a difference. That one you said says my calorie intake should be 3632.28, with a BMR of 3026.9 But that seems like an awful lot.

A lot of you have a work schedule. I think this might help in timing. I am a stay at home father (daycare is expensive for 3 kids). I find myself quite often walking to the fridge out of habit a lot throughout the day.

Im aiming for 2,000 calories a day. But i feel like i eat too much still. For example my last meal i counted as about 500 calories...2 hours after i am still hungry. I didnt eat then because i i had a larger than normal meal before, and it was not 4 hours after i ate yet.

The time schedule i figured it would help me separate the time between eating. An hour after eating i could still eat more, sometimes even still hungry. So if i ate at 12 i try to eat something small around 2 and eat a larger meal around 4-5. But the whole time i go on a merry go round of hungry.

i have drank water while being hungry. It seems to not do anything for me.

My goal is 2000 calories a day. How long does the shock last from switching from pigging out to sensible eating? I havent really been exercising so i kind of wanted to not go past 2000 until i start doing ..something.

quote: Just be aware that the best advice you get on here will seem offensive. That is actually perfect. The support forum for quitting smoking was just like that, and it helped to push me to quit smoking. Sometimes i need a good kick in the *** when my values and priorities get all messed up.

@RHachicho Thanks that helps a lot. I have quite a non-liking towards exercise Anyone can add me as a friend. I need support, and will give it if i can.

I was debating that...but i feel like if i could just go a month or two and suck it up, i could shrink my stomach to where that amount would suffice me. I actually think the more shocking part of it for me is me eating more often than not eating alot. I am so use to pigging out 2-3 times a day. Eating a little every 2-3…
