Peanut butter!

From meat, especially fish :)

3 spoons? I eat a JAR if left to it, so don't feel bad. One thing that helped me was consuming the recommended protein intake to match my workout intensity. I don't seem to crave peanut butter any more.

Tuna handroll, tuna maki, cucumber maki, gunkan maki... Excuse me while I drool.

This tbh! @no_excuses_ni, I went for a little run in the end and had long stroll this afternoon. Feel so much better for it.

I'm not actually sure it is a good thing that pb exits. Two tablespoons are just never enough... :indifferent:

Really helpful, thanks! I'm 5'4" & 129 lbs.

Dairy is a major culprit with diet and acne. As soon as I completely cut it out of my diet, my skin cleared up no end. I consume plenty of fresh veggies, extra virgin olive oil and lean fish as well. Turmeric also works wonders. I take a teaspoon of it in water every morning, as it's supposed to be highly anti-inflammatory.
-
Steam it, and then stir fry with one or two anchovies, lots of garlic and chickpeas. Delicious!
-
Thanks! I think a long exercise-free weekend is in order.
-
Dairy plays absolute havoc with my skin, so I completely cut it out several years ago. I don't miss it at all. There definitely *can* be a link between diet and acne for some people, despite what doctors might tell you.

Tuna is so versatile. I love it with wholewheat pasta and home made tomato sauce. It's super delicious with cannellini beans, olive oil, mint, red onion and lemon.
-
Roasting veg is great, and it seems to enhance the sweetness and taste. You can't beat courgette, aubergine and bell peppers roasted in olive oil.

Rowing addict signing in here! I find rowing gives me the best workout in terms of cardio, plus it keeps my muscles strong and toned.
-
DON'T compensate! If you do that, you'll begin a vicious cycle which will be almost impossible to break. Tomorrow's a new day. Eat normally and exercise as usual.
-
30 minutes of cardio 20 minutes of moderate rowing Done!
-
Steamed broccoli is actually really nice if you also sauté it with some olive oil and garlic. What about sweet potatoes and beetroot? Experiment!
-
Whole cakes in a day, usually lemon drizzle or coffee and walnut. I can't believe I used to eat like that.
-
Peanut butter! This stuff is evil. It starts off with one sandwich, and before I know it, I've finished nearly a whole jar in one night. Not good!
-
Well I did this workout and feel so much better for it. Thank you for the advice. I have an Infiniti rowing machine at home, so never bother with gyms anyway.
-
I use to suffer with bad acne for a while. What cured me was completely cutting all dairy out of my diet (yes, there is a connection there) and taking a teaspoon of turmeric in water every morning.
-
That happens to me when I consume dairy as well. I also get really horrible post-nasal drip and acne. Stay away!

Olive oil!
-
Steam it and stir-fry with some garlic and one or two anchovies in olive oil. It's divine!

Handful of pumpkin seeds Peanut butter on bread (100% natural) Raisins

I love them stir-fried with steamed kale, olive oil and lots of garlic. Delicious and healthy!
