but i mean i never binge on pizza, french fries or stuff like cheetos, pringels, or whatever. and now, those cookies are not the usual digestive cookies, they got like 100 kcal per 5, and they are not small

This may not like you bc it has a very strong flavour, but I JUST LOVE BITTER COFFEE AND STRONG! So, I just put hot water in a glass and I add 2 little spoons of coffe (grains (?)), and what's more, it has like 0-2 calories! its just water with coffe, real coffe. never milk or sugar bc i dont like that flavour!

I am addicted to it, i can swear! It won't make you skinnier (but well, if you keep drinking, you will pee it so kind of """water"""), and surely it wont make you fatter, bc it does not have any calorie. It may make you bloated, but i prefer drinking 0 calories than 110, you know?
