Is true or jus a lie that some foods have "negative calories"? I mean, you spen more calories eating them than the ones these foods give you!
examples are apples. Does that mean if i eat an apple which is 55 calories, i could spend 60 calories eating it?

No, it's rubbish, and irrelevant anyway on this plan because your activity level that you've set to get your calorie goal will include metabolism etc already.0

the only negative calorie food is unicorn dust that fairies leave under your pillow….0

Celery's meant to be negative, but let's face it, to eat celery you need to dip it in something that has calories!!!0

i never understand why people even ask this. if such a thing exists, why would you want to eat more of it? Oh look, i ate 2 pounds of celery but i'm still at negative calories for the day, i'm tired as hell, and my hair is falling out. Umm....congrats?0
