You are doing it right!!! Don't loose more than 2 a week! Now it's slowed down for me! About a 1lb a week! Sometimes nothing! I'm just so happy to be living a healthier lifestyle!!!

I would never recommend more than 2lbs a week! At first it fell of like 4-5 lbs a week bc it was such a drastic lifestyle change I made! Now it's half a lb here or 1 lb a week ! Slow and steady wins the race! I actually added calories to my diet bc I didn't want to loose too fast

It's taken 18 months so far! Complete lifestyle change! I will have to keep this up the rest of my life but I wouldn't want it any other way! I've found so much joy in taking care of myself

No surgery my love!! I have loose skin but I lift free weights and its toning up! My stomach is flabby but I don't care! I started jan 2014 at 350 and now I'm 179

Hi guys! Thank you all ladies! No surgery for the weight loss ! No skin removal either ( I embrace my loose skin!) it is tightening up though through slower weight loss and lifting free weights! The before pic was taken Jan 2014 and my weight was 350lbs! My new photo I am 179lbs!

I feel so good and so proud! I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD...TRUST ME YOY CAN TOO... Love yourself! Move 3o mins a day (at first I could only do 10 mins of my exercise bike or a short walk) now I track my steps and I'm walking on avg 9000 steps a day... It's a gradual process and you will find your way...it's a lot of brain…

Thank so much! Lots of fruits veggies protein lean meats... Exercise 30 mins a day walking or stationary bike! No surgery or pills! Just MFP and determination
