It's taken me 2years in March to lose the weight... No surgery and no skin removal... I've accepted my looser skin in some areas of my body... I will never do surgery.. I try to lift free weights whenever I can to help tone my flabby arms and it's working!!

Just keep up the healthy choices!! Inches are really a true definition of weight loss more than the number on the scale! It wil happen! I don't drink a lot of water the way I should! I believe the strength training as just given me definition in my arms and back...not necessarily tightening my skin but my arms just look better..not really sure if it's helped tighten up my skin..
