Cheers guys. Aniqa109: The diet i am on usually has good result but i think adding the gym into my life has really made the difference. I do a good hour of cardio when i can. Varying from 2-5 sessions a week, depending on work.

I understand what you're saying. Staying on track has always been difficult for me, especially when off work and i fancy a 'treat.' Signing up here has helped me a great amount so far as reading about other peoples success stories motivates me. Feel free to get in contact for motivation.

Personality comes first for me. Off course you have to be attracted to the other person but weight is not a factor for me.

My diet in consisting of 1100-1300 calories a day. On average i am losing about 2-4 pounds a week and sometimes 5-6 on a good week. Even though it does not sound like a lot of calories, i'm making sure i eat something at least every 2 hours even if its just a satsuma. Touch wood, its working so far :)
