I agree...they need to move the carbs up under fats & oils. I know there are "good" carbs but for the most part alot of it is "bad". I've cut down on my carbs since for me they are a major player in gaining weight. Thanks for posting this, haven't seen it in awhile :-)

nope not even close...plus it changes day to day depending on what you eat & your calorie intake so I don' t get it at all...unless you ate the same exact thing for 5 weeks every day then maybe?

Totally agree with you 100%! My mother used to say she got exercise from going up & down the stairs at work...she worked there for 25 yrs...you're body is used to it so really it doesn't count. The regular day to day stuff in my opinion doesn't count...if it did we all wouldn't be here. lol Gotta get the heart rate up!

oh so true...the last 10lbs are the hardest. I agree with renee...change up your workout to something you haven't done before.
