Going over recommended protein intake

Should I be concerned? Before MFP I wouldn't think twice about having extra protein.

As long as you are doing some strength training, and have no kidney problems then you are OK.0

It's not recommended to go over your body's weight worth per day. The body can only absorb so much at a time.0

I'm always over for my protein...better that then fat grams right? lol I do cardio plus strength training which we all know we need that protein for those muscles. I really wouldn't worry about it too much, as long as you feel fine & don't have any medical reasons why you should watch your protein intake just continue what you're doing especially if it's working for you :-)0
