yes because he wants to walk and looks at me all sad and even if I don't feel like getting off the couch I will for him!! Also, he stares at me while I eat so it makes me conscious of what I eat. I give him a treat if I have a treat and it helps me cuz I dont want him to get overweight

I liked my flex! I now have an HR. But I like how the flex stays charged for much longer than the HR. I found there were days where the flex didn't measure my elliptical or treadmill steps. The HR hasn't let me down in that way yet. I would definitely recommend the flex to a friend though. The accuracy was not too far off…

to tone you want to do resistance workouts... zumba has some jumping and what not, so that helps, but I would count zumba as your cardio and do more weight lifting and or videos that are more about building muscle/strength

ugh I hate that... I do the same. It helps when I have weekly weigh ins though. I think it keeps me sane!! I used to worry more about what I ate and if I was being a pig! Without this site I wouldn't have a good idea of how much I eat. It helps me be mindful

I naturally have a big butt and legs I love them :) mine are muscular though because I do squats and lunges and deadlifts. Exercise can make them a very attractive asset!

People do that when they are fishing for compliments my sister is so skinny and she doesn't eat for attention! Everyone on here is right, especially the first poster. It's about them not you! Keep up the good work and be happy with yourself don't give her the power to take that away. Happiness > being skinny :)
