Getting myself to WANT to work out is hard, but if I force myself, it actually makes me feel better. So I just think of that when I don't want to work out.

I work a lot and when I'm not working I'm going to the gym, so I don't have a lot of time for cooking so I'm in the same boat as you. I've learned to love sandwiches on 100% whole grain bread, soups, veggies and fruits, oatmeal, parfaits (yogurt & granola with some berries). Or if I do cook something, I'll cook in bulk.…

I try to treat myself after a workout. For me, I joined a gym that has tanning and I love tanning. So after I'm done working out, I'll go tanning. I feel super pumped and relaxed afterwards. Not saying you have to do that, but think of something you enjoy and tell yourself you can do it once you get done at the gym. Not…

I feel your pain with the desk job! I just went from a job where I was on my feet walking 40 hrs a week, to sitting, and worst yet, everyone has candy on their desk! We can def. keep each other motivated!!
