There is a trend here...I know it's hard and I was the SAME way. I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that I needed to eat more to lose more. However your body needs that fuel especially if you're working out 30-90 minutes a day! That's a long time girl! I hope this helps! God bless:)

GUM! I seriously have 5 different flavors on my coffee table! Kind of crazy, I know! haha That and drinking LOTS of water or tea. Or if I feel I'm being tempted too much at night I'll go to my room and slip into bed earlier than usual :).

I am now realizing the importance of eating your exercise calories back!! It's SO important...Try doing that for a couple weeks. Your body needs that fuel to function normally. Drinking tons of water!! Eating high protein portioned out meals so I'm not grazing at the snack table, exercising everyday, talking and enjoying the people around me instead of focusing on the food!
