• I know it's funny because I think most people think this way! However I understand why you need to eat more, to lose more...I just have to change my mindset!
• Thanks for the post! I'll have to try it because my body seems to be in a plateau! I exercise at least an hour a day and eat around 1500 but maybe I need to eat more...
• But here's my other question... People say that the MFP database is off, sometimes people's HRM's are off, and people question what the treadmill, elliptical machine says about calories burned.... So I understand it's extremely important to eat back those calories however, what device do you believe? You know? So that's…
• I'm right there with you girl!
• Count me in for July too please! The June Challenge was a great accountability tool for me!! Here's to me kicking July's butt ;)
• I think we all want to succeed and are SO afraid to fall back into old habits... That's why if we do slip, we freak ourselves right out. At least I do from time to time! This is a journey and we all are a little obsessive about our journeys, in the beginning at least for a little bit or until it becomes second nature and…

• This is tough for me because I usually eat most of my calories back however for days like today when I eat 1660 and burn 1600...I find it counter productive to eat those extra calories just so I can net 1200 even though I'm not hungry...that's what got me into my weight gain to begin with, you know?
• You are doing a GREAT JOB!!! I hope you take what your coworker said with a grain of salt. Some people unfortunately do not have a filter no matter what pops into their head true or false... Have an amazing week!! God bless:)
• I've been on level 1 for 8 days and I've already lost an inch from my hips and an inch from my waist!!! I am MORE than happy with the results so far!!!:)
• I would love to join as well! My first goal is to be 155 (healthy BMI for my height) and ultimate goal would be 140! So if I could be hit either one or be somewhere inbetween that would be great!!
• iIm just waiting until day 10 to go to level 2. I'm very excited about it! I did some premature measuring and I've already lost some inches! CRAZY!!:)
• That's awesome. Isn't it funny how people can "hint at" or tell you how to live a healthy lifestyle but it takes ourselves to finally figure it out?? lol My dad has told me that (very nicely) my whole life and here I am, 25 years later FINALLY doing it! Great post! God bless:)
• This is so inspirational to see all you ladies being as tall as I am!! I don't ever remember being a size 6...maybe in the 6th grade?!? lol I definitely have more curves and right now I'm in a loose 14. I would love to be in a size 8 or 6 however I've honestly never even IMAGINED me in a size 6!! Weird!!
• Absolutely amazing!! Keep up the great work!
• that is a HUGE accomplishment!! then you'll be able to run 4 without stopping...5...maybe even a 10k?!?! great job!!
• I felt the same way yesterday for my long run! I've been doing JM 30 DS in addition everyday so I'm thinking that could contribute to my legs feeling so tired??
• I will support you! You have to decide, do I want to live a healthy lifestyle or no? It's a decision. I see this lifestyle as one decision to the next, trying my best to make the healthier choice in every meal!! You can't give up when things are tough because to be honest, this is tough journey and you're going to have…

• I will be getting my shred on very soon!! Today will be day 5 and I can seriously see results already...No they're not huge changes but my arms are getting more defined, my behind feels tighter, and I am feeling stronger in my running!!:)
• You've come to the right place! Welcome!
• Great post!:)
• I used to have a HUGE phobia of going to the gym, especially in college. I was the token heavy girl amongst all of my fit friends. With that being said, they really enjoyed going to the gym...I tried going with them more times than I can count but I would seriously end up being SO uncomfortable once I got there. I had…
• Today was day 3 on the shred and I'm super excited to see the end results!!:)
• I just finished day 3 of the 30 DS!! I'm excited to see the end results!

• I love hearing everyone's success stories with JM 30 DS!! You all are motivating me, so thank you!!:)
• I love this post. You are so right! MFP is there for those days (and I have them every other week, sometimes every 5 days haha) we want to throw in the towel, give in to that party that's coming up with the tempting food, give up when patience is not on our side and we are fed up! Congrats on your journey, and the start of…
•
I have read a few different things, one says every 10 days. One says keep going tell you fell ready. and the last one says that if you have been doing fitness for some time and are in shape that you should skip level one and go to level 2. Best of luck
Awesome thanks so much!!:)
• I just bought and tried it for the first time tonight! I'm super excited to see results. Another question though... So at what point do you go to the next level...whenever you feel comfortable with the level you're doing right? Thanks so much!!:) God bless
