However it's my treat in the morning and I haven't found anything that comes close...I work out everyday so I try not to beat myself up about it. It's worth it for me:) Some people like different things and aren't willing to sacrifice it with…

Water helps curbs the appetite and sometimes when you are feeling hungry that can also be a signal that your body needs fluids. Have you tried crystal lite? Or adding lemon slices to your water? Sometimes that helps! Keep up the great work! God bless

I indulged a bit too much on Friday and Saturday but thankfully I'm back on track! Don't beat yourself up! As everyone said, go for a walk, and drink a TON of water! Some weekends I feel like a rockstar because I'm able to continue my healthy lifestyle and other times it is such a struggle. We live, we learn, we move…

Move more, eat healthier foods, and be patient! It'll happen, it's going to take some time though.. I'm in the 180s and I'm hoping to get into the 140s! We can do this!

I had a bad eating day yesterday...Not binge eating style but not good either. I was thinking the same thing last night. I thought, why the heck are you sabotaging…

I don't skimp on my fat free coffeemate creamer either...I wish I did because depending on the day, my creamer calories is 100-200 calories! However, because I work out everyday and I do enjoy my morning coffee with creamer, I think it's worth it! I don't want to give it up because I know if I give up everything I enjoy,…

SO TRUE!! Or very similarly say I'm anorexic right now. It makes me super sad because I wish they could just support me and be an encourager or lift me up around others instead of making me feel super awkward...

Thanks for all of your insight! I'll have to try different things and see how it goes... Shawnda1730, I remember when I first started running how shin splints affected more than they do now. In fact, knock on wood, I haven't experienced shin splints in I don't know how long! Some things that you might want to try is…

This is a lifestyle change so you are allowed to have pizza or donuts but it's all in moderation :). A suggestion for church is by eating a sufficient filling breakfast before you get there so you're not tempted by those dang donuts! Another suggestion is if you know that Saturday night will be filled with every indulgence…

I will definitely have to check that out! Also, there is an amazing book out there called, "Eat what you love, love what you eat. How to break your eat-repent-repeat cycle" by Michelle May M.D. I great read for anyone that can relate to that horrible "eat-repent-repeat" cycle!

I've toyed with those emotions as well...There are times when I get sad because I am the same person with the same heart as I was 70 lbs heavier yet I'm getting way more attention then I've ever gotten! However, as you stated, I am more confident in life, in myself, in my health and people are attracted to that. The Sara…
