First off try see this "diet" as a lifestyle. You don't want to lose all your weight on a "diet" to just gain it all back once you hit your goal! Honestly? Any plain meat like grilled chicken with a side of vegetables, or a salad minus all the fatty fixings with dressing on the side or steak with steamed veggies... Okay, so it wasn't the best day...It is in the PAST...Don't think about what you did, or what you didn't do. Today is a new day! Add 10 more minutes to each workout this week!
