Yeah, I find it difficult with shoes, too. Barefoot, maybe socks. I've never tried socks but wonder if they are slippery.

Here's my schedule: M, W, F - 30 Min Cardio + 30 Min Strength T - 50 Min Personal Training + 30 Min Cardio + Zumba Th - 50 Min Personal Training + 30 Min Cardio Sa - Boot Camp Su - Rest, but Active However, I do listen to my body. If it's telling me to slow down a bit, I slow down.

I wonder what it is about even numbers, I'm that way too, although I'm okay with multiples of 5. I like to eat M&Ms in twos, preferably by matching color. Also, when eating anything colorful, I eat them in order of the colors I like best.

I have no idea what Runza is, but Fast Food is the devil. The deliciously amazing, but evil devil. Even Subway, which is supposed to be "healthy" is full of unhealthy options and unless you're getting the Veggie Delight, you're probably getting a lot of sodium too. Cpould you be losing too quickly? Are you taking vitamins? I would recommend seeing your doctor if it continues. There is also a product called Nioxin that can help :o)

I wasn't really looking for advice, but thanks. I've lost a ton of weight before, in a healthy manner, so I know what works for my body and I know what's going on with my body. I am building muscle and burning fat, while working under the supervision of a personal trainer and my doctor.

I TOTALLY NEED CARBS. My workouts are horrible if I don't have some carbs beforehand and afterward. I will never be a low-carb dieter, but I am a whole grain, natural sugar dieter :o)

On a complete and total sidenote, my husband is crazy for comic book movies and I am utterly opposed to them right now because there are just TOO MANY! However, he made me see Captain America, too and I actually thought it was fabulous :o) How about a couple of pieces of Red Vines?

Thank you for this. It drives me nuts when people say you MUST eat back your exercise calories. I don't and I'm losing consistently. I know there will come a time when I need to change it, but not right now.

I say skip them. Unneccessary sodium and artificial sweeteners. However, soda isn't my thing, so if you like it, it's up to you to decide how much you want one!

I am 100% sure that it was a result of my lifestyle that caused me to gain so much weight. If I did gain on the pill, it was minimal and you couldn't tell because I was eating bad food and i was sedentary.

My body type actually looks nothing like my mothers, because i wondered if it was genetic as well. My body type is actually quite different from most of my female relatives.

Yes, very helpful! I've been having second thoughts about being on The Pill anyway, I've been on it for 3 years. I lost 90lbs before I started it and it seems like this time around it's taking a much more difficult, concerted effort. Just thinking that if this would be a side effect then maybe it's time for a change.
