I havent succumbed, but I just saw a large, New York Style cheese pizza and I am so close to driving out to get one........my greatest and most difficult weakness, and visualizing the added calories just isn't working......... Anybody have a method for beating this?

It will help in the beginning if you target one muscle group per day each week and keep a log if exercises, weight used and reps. Don't do bench, do pushups, they require more muscles to work then benching.

Hi Kim, I'm new too. What's amazing about the app is as you are logging in your foods and the calories start adding up, you find yourself eating less because you hate seeing the calories consumed go negative!! Enjoy it, it's kind of fun in a twisted way Good luck Bill
