I lost a great amount of weight, and broke my ankle that required surgery. Quickly gained a pretty good bit.. So I know what you mean. The weight went on fast. Taking it off has been not so easy. Congrats on your 100 pounds that is awesome! What a difference!

Thank you for saying that, As I was just standing up straight in the mirror.. I have abs and look thin.. As soon as I sit down, plow, the gut comes out over the shorts. I will be more mindful of posture. Thanks again for the inspiration!

I have just started weight lifting, but since I stopped doing the ab exercises at home, there is def. a difference, that's why I am getting back to it, it is free and easy. I am doing both at this point.

Increase your water intake and do an ab challenge. I am fighting this too, and have found this to be the culprit. You are def. thin enough.
