I log EVERYYYYTHING! I'm just lucky I don't like junk food or gum, candy, etc... so you'll probably never see that in my diary for example. I do have a thing for chocolate but I just avoid that isle in the supermarket! I sometimes indulge in some homemade desserts that my hubby makes, like fruit crumbles etc. mmmm...

I'm a very healthy eater, no processed foods! Plenty protein, low carb, plenty veg... :/ My minimum is 1200cal but I never go under this, except for 1 day that I was ill, but it always ranges from 1300 to 1500cal, I zigzag this everyday...

Hey Darth, I was aiming for everyday, as it's only 20 minutes and it's quite easy but you still get a decent sweat out of it! But if you do more minutes you can divide it throughout the week! No worries! :D

I LOVE being pear shaped! first you gain weight in the bum and hips and NOT stomach! So when we take care of our bodies we can have a rockin-HOT body!!!! woo-hoo! Unless we gain loads of weight... then we just look like an oversized squash hehe! But hey I love my shape! Viva La Booty!!! BOOTY-POWER LADIES!
