it's because you are not eating enough and your body is hungry! You need to feed your body and not go under 1200cal EVER... If you eat enough then you won't feel hungry enough to binge... Trust me, Ive been there. :) e-hugs

So it's nearly my 40th day on MFP and I've lost 4kg (9lbs) Started at 78kgs (172lbs) Today I'm at 73.9kgs (163lbs) I'm still after my goal weight! Between 68-65kgs (150-143lbs) How's everyone else doing??? Please share!!!!!

Eating under 1600cal did it for me... slow and steady, I still eat all I want (healthily) I don't starve, I don't lose weight fast, but I LOSE not gain... :)

take it as a cheat weekend, 5lbs is nothing, just be happy you did it and enjoyed it and get back on track!!! I always have some days that I say, "screw it" eat everything, next day I hate myself and that makes me do an even better job from then on! :D

I used to have the same issue!!!!! Your knees may hurt because you're lacking potassium!!! I started eating bananas regularly and they stopped hurting while exercising! Give it a go!!!! :D

wow, I'm 164 right now and my goal is 149... I'm 5'6... would 130 be to low for me? I remember weighing this low when I was 17 years old!!! :/ I think 143 would be the lowest I'd like to go and look healthy! I'm 29 years old.. :)

Eat more! Basically you need to eat all your minimum calories + some of your workout calories! Don't be scared, try it out, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! good luck ;)
