  • Invest in a HRM, then you'll always know the acurate count
  • I used my new HRM yesterday for the first time. A 52 minute swim burned 368 calories according to the HRM and 803 according to myfitnesspal... no wonder my weight loss has been slow, I've been over-eating!!! At least now I have an accurate count!
  • I have a Polar F4, which is different to my fiances F7, as the F4 has less features but comes with the correct strap to use for swimming, so it was a great choice for me.   • My partner has just started using a heart rate monitor for exercise...I suggested he try that and see how many calories are burned! Don't be emarrassed, most of us are thinking it!
